# Renver

> Your page and menu, up to date. Your reviews, answered.

Renver builds and maintains a public page for your restaurant (your-restaurant.renver.io) with the menu, prices, opening hours and answers to guests' questions, and answers Google reviews from the same confirmed facts. Anything sensitive, or not yet confirmed, goes to the manager.

## Key facts

- Renver answers safe Google reviews automatically, at any rating, using only facts the restaurant confirmed.
- Every review and every reply goes through automatic checks: sensitive topics, an AI classifier, sarcasm and manipulation, whether the facts are enough, and a second agent that checks the text.
- Sensitive topics (health, allergies, legal threats, safety, discrimination, money) and cases with no confirmed facts go to the manager, with an alert. The owner can pause automatic replies and take a published reply down.
- Replies are written in the language the guest wrote in: Portuguese, English or Spanish. Other languages go to the manager.
- Each restaurant gets a public page on a Renver subdomain (restaurant.renver.io) with the address, contacts, opening hours, the menu with prices, confirmed details and answers to real guest questions, in schema.org structured data. The page is published in the languages the restaurant asks for.
- Reviews show what information is missing; Renver publishes only what the restaurant confirmed.
- No guarantee of a position in Google or a mention in an AI assistant. Visibility is measured monthly on a fixed set of questions, in each language the restaurant tracks, once the data source is connected.
- During the pilot, until the direct connection to Google's API, Renver publishes the replies to Google from the restaurant's profile.
- No review gating.
- Essencial plan (pre-sale): R$ 1.788 for 12 months (≈ R$ 149/month); regular price R$ 249/month.
- Profissional plan (pre-sale): R$ 3.948 for 12 months (≈ R$ 329/month); regular price R$ 549/month.
- Monthly allowance per location: Essencial up to 300 new reviews (50 older ones when connecting), Profissional up to 1,000 (200 older). At the limit: an extra bundle agreed beforehand, or a queue for the next month; nothing is charged without the owner's agreement.
- The menu can be sent as a photo or a PDF; Renver transcribes it and the restaurant checks it before anything is published.
- Pilot programme: one location per restaurant, 30 days, no payment on sign-up.
